refund & return policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyers remorse or incorrect product choices. If you are unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing chart.

Refunds or exchanges are only offered to customers that receive misprinted or damaged items. If any of these apply, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at office@pibemagazine.com with a detailed description of the problem and quality photos where we can see the issue, and we will be happy to assist and sort this out for you. All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original package.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
